Fatigue and drowsiness significantly impair a delivery associate's ability to operate vehicles safely. Recognizing the early signs of fatigue is essential for maintaining road safety. Key indicators include frequent yawning or blinking, difficulty keeping the eyes open, wandering or disconnected thoughts, unintentionally drifting from lanes, and not remembering the last few miles driven.
