1. Evacuation Protocol:

In scenarios where remaining inside is hazardous (e.g., fire, chemical spill), evacuation is essential.

Upon hearing the evacuation alarm, immediately cease all activities.

Vehicle Operators: Securely park and turn off vehicles.

Calmly proceed to the nearest emergency exit, avoiding panic and maintaining order.

Once outside, proceed directly to the designated rally point. This location is pre-determined and safe, away from the emergency's impact zone. Avoid leaving the property unless directed by authorities or site leadership.

Await further instructions from Incident Management Teams (IMTs) or site leadership.

2. Severe Weather Assembly:

Utilized during extreme weather conditions (tornadoes, hurricanes, floods) where staying indoors is safer.

Vehicle Operators: Immediately park and switch off vehicles.

Proceed calmly to the nearest shelter area, indicated by "Severe Weather Assembly" signs.

Stay within the shelter area until the all-clear signal is given by the site leadership or IMTs.

It's advisable not to exit the property during these scenarios unless instructed by emergency personnel.

3. Shelter in Place:

Applicable in sudden emergencies (earthquakes, security threats) where moving could increase risk.

On hearing the alert, stay calm and prepare to act as instructed by the IMTs or site leadership.

Vehicle Operators: Turn off your vehicle and seek immediate shelter.

Find cover under sturdy furniture or structures and stay away from glass windows or loose objects.

Remain sheltered until notified by site leadership or IMTs that it's safe to resume activities.

General Safety Tips:

Familiarize yourself with the site layout, including emergency exits, rally points, and shelter areas.

Participate actively in emergency drills and training sessions.

Keep emergency contact numbers and procedures readily accessible.

Always follow instructions from site leadership or IMTs during any emergency.

Ensuring the safety is paramount. Adhering to these procedures can significantly reduce risks and ensure a coordinated response during emergencies. Remember, the key is to stay calm, act quickly, and follow established protocols.
