- Flexible Routes & Scheduling: Individual (Driver Only | 1 Person) | Team ( Driver & Helper | 2 person) | Shift Swapping allowed, if available
- Key Duties & Job Requirements:
- Collaborative Delivery: Work in tandem with a helper/driver partner to safely transport and deliver heavy and bulky items.
- Safe Operation: Drive company vehicles responsibly, complying with all safety and traffic regulations.
- Heavy Lifting: Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of heavy items, using appropriate techniques and provided equipment (50-300 lbs).
- Customer Service: Ensure a delightful customer experience, handling items with care and professionalism.
- Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize handheld devices for routing information and delivery management.
- Safely assist in the handling and delivery of large packages.
- Load and unload packages with the delivery team.
- Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Lift packages weighing up to 50-150+ lbs and perform team tasks with enthusiasm.
- Perform Individual/Team Rescues, if needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.
- Flexible Scheduling ( 6 days Available ) | Monday - Saturday | Daily Shifts are 9am - 9pm | Closed Sunday | Full Weekly Schedules
- Hiring & Onboarding Timeframe | From Start to 1st Day of Employment: 2-4 weeks or earlier
- Valid Drivers License to operate Box Trucks up to 26,000 lbs GVW (Class A/C/E in MO) is required | 21+ Only
- DOT Medical Card/Certification is required | DOT Med Card Physical Exam Scheduling w/Concentra
- Minimum 6 months of experience is required for delivering XL (Extra Large) packages to customers

Attendance and Time-Off Policy
If an employee anticipates being late or absent, they must notify their direct supervisor or the designated point of contact as soon as possible. The preferred notice period is 48 hours before the start of the impacted shift.
