Role: Delivery Associate (DA) | Team Member

        📌 40 hours are guaranteed for 5 completed routes only (Driver / Helper / Rescue - 7 hours/Day/Route Minimum) | If you run fewer than 5 routes, pay is based on actual hours worked.

         
         
        ⏱️ TIMEKEEPING & MEAL BREAK POLICY UPDATE 🔴

        All timecard edits must now be submitted through the ADP Mobile App

        ❌ Kiosk/iPad timecard edits are no longer allowed
        ✅ Clock-in/out on kiosk is still OK (no edits)

        🍽️ Meal Break Policy (Amazon Update)

        All routes require a 30-minute uninterrupted meal break — even if your route is under 6 hours.
        Do NOT skip your meal break — it must be logged in Flex and ADP.

        Meal Break must match Flex app & ADP exactly
        • ❌ ABSOLUTELY NO deliveries or scans during break

        ⚠️ Failure to follow these policies will lead to disciplinary action.


        🚛 Driver – DOT | Box Truck

        • Hourly Rate: $23.75/hr
        • OT Rate: $35.63/hr after 40 hours


        📦 Helper | Box Truck

        • Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr
        • OT Rate: $27.38/hr after 40 hours


          🚐 Driver – Non DOT | CDV | Van

          • Hourly Rate: $22.75/hr
          • OT Rate: $34.13/hr after 40 hours


          🔹 Paid Time Off (PTO) - additional to base pay & can be redeemed as cash in ADP anytime!

          • PTO request must be submitted by Friday for the following week in ADP & Homebase​

           

          Safety | Compliance | Violations:


          Compliance Violations:
          1. Missing Clock-Ins/Clock-Outs
          • Daily shift punches and meal punches are not recorded in ADP/FLEX.

          2. Meal Breaks Not Entered
          • Required meal breaks are not logged in ADP/FLEX.

          3. Incomplete Pre/Post Trips
          • Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections are not completed in FLEX.

          4. Tardiness, Late Call-Outs, or No Shows
          • Includes any day of the week.

          5. Equipment Damage
          • Damage to company equipment is subject to disciplinary action.

          6. Failure to Report Equipment Damage
          • Damages or repairs needed are not reported immediately.

          7. Unclean Equipment After Work
          • Equipment (e.g., vehicles) is not cleaned at the end of the shift.

          8. Failure to Return Company Property
          • Phones, fuel cards, and keys are not returned after RTS (Return to Station).

          9. Excessive Meal or Unaccounted Breaks
          • Unauthorized breaks while on route.

          10. Safety Concerns
          • Examples include driving without a seatbelt, distracted driving, or unsafe following distances, speeding, sign violation, traffic light violations

          11. Refusing Rescue Assignments
          • Failing to assist a team member when required.


          Paragon Logistics guarantees up to 40 hours of pay for any week in which a team member is assigned and completes 5 routes (driver, helper, or rescue - 7 hours/Day/Route Minimum) in that week. If fewer, pay will reflect actual hours worked.

           
          • There is no unconditional minimum or weekly salary. 40 hours is only paid if you are assigned and complete 5 full routes (7 hours/Day/Route Minimum Completed). Otherwise, pay is strictly by hours worked
          • Employment at Paragon Logistics LLC is at-will unless otherwise agreed in writing.
